PARKING UPDATE: Due to the event coinciding with the Phipps May Market, parking throughout Schenley will be limited. Please consider alternate modes of transportation, or be prepared to walk. There is no parking at the pavilion. ALSO, there are signs reading No Parking 12am 5/7/16 all thru Overlook Drive. The city made a mistake and they should read 11:59pm on 5/716. You will not be towed or ticketed. And, FYI, we got bike racks.
VOLUNTEERING: If you would like to volunteer and did not already claim a spot on the chore chart, please report to the Merch/Info Desk day-of, and our Volunteer Coordinator will find a task that’s perfect for you.
IF YOU DONATED AND ARE DUE AN INDIEGOGO PERK: We will have these available for pickup at the Merch/Info Desk. Just show a volunteer your ID.
DEMOGRAPHICS: We will have a few interactives for collecting demographic data set up throughout the space, please take a few minutes to participate.
